​I'm Dave Colburn. I have been in the bicycle business for a long time (since 1979) and I have been an avid bike rider since the 1960s. I started Flint Hills Mobile Bike Repair (FHMBR) to bring a new kind of service to the bicyclists of the Manhattan Kansas area. Instead of you having to load your bike(s) into your vehicle, drive them to the bicycle shop, unload your bike(s), get them into the shop, leave them, and then reverse that whole process a few days later, I come to you! Easy, basic repairs – such as flat tires, brake and gear adjustments, or cleaning and lubrication – are performed on the spot. On more complex repairs I take your bike(s) with me and work on them in my shop and return them a day or two later.
